On 8th December 2023 AGM held in RRF Head Office. The executive committee, general body members of RRF & all department heads were present in the meeting. Mir Rawshan Ali Mona (Chairman, RRF) presided over the meeting. Mr. Philip Biswas (ED, RRF) & Mrs. Pinku Rita Biswas (DED, RRF), Antony Biswas (AED, RRF) were also present there.
1. Registration & Floral Greetings
The participants were welcomed with floral greetings after registration. The attendee became happy after having the warm greetings.
2. One Minute Silence to Show respect to the Passed Away staffs
At first, the members keep one minute silent to show respect to the passed away staff. The whole event was anchored by Arun Sardar (Senior Assistant Director, RRF).
3. Sing Welcome Song Together
All the respected officials sang welcome song together. It created an inspirational environment to the meeting. After the song Executive Director of RRF Mr. Philip Biswas gave welcome speech. After his speech Mir Rowshan Ali Mona (Chairman, RRF) delivered his valuable speech & inaugurated the meeting.
4. Annual report Presentation
A visual presentation was presented by Md. Mokbul Ahmed (DD, Com & Doc, RRF) on the behalf of RRF executive director where the annual report was presented at a glance. The whole activities of the financial year 2022-23 were mentioned in the presentation.
5. Financial Report Presentation
Then Mr. Sanjoy Shaha (Director, Finance & Accounts, RRF) presented the yearly financial report to the management team. Many important issues for the organization were discussed there. The members from executive committee approved & support the important decisions which were taken in the meeting.
6. Closing Session
After completing the meeting agendas some of the members expressed their opinions, Share their experience. Finally, Mr. Rowshan Ali mona (Chairman, RRF) thanked everyone for the beautiful event & announced the end.
The AGM of RRF marked an important milestone in shaping the organization’s activities for the previous financial year. With the approval of important decisions, RRF aims to continue its commitment towards development. The dedicated efforts of the executive committee, general body members, and department heads, along with the leadership of Mir Rawshan Ali Mona, Chairman of RRF, will play a crucial role in achieving the organization’s goals and bringing positive change.
