Rural Reconstruction Foundation organized a staff gathering at the Jashore zone. The main purpose of this gathering is to motivate, inspire and provide support in the workplace and is just a way to come together to discuss how we can improve the performance of our organization. Rural Reconstruction Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people in rural areas. We believe that the success of our organization is possible only because of the dedication and hard work of our employees. We organize staff gatherings to recognize and celebrate our achievements, set new goals, and motivate each other to reach greater heights. These gatherings allow us to learn from each other, share our experiences and make our work more impactful. We hope that this gathering will help in a sustainable loan program.
The program was arranged in RRF TARC, Ramnagar, Jashore on 12th May 2023. There are 335 staffs from branch offices of Jashore Zone. All of them were received with flowers & T-shirt.
All the staff observed one-minute silence for the late staff who contributed a lot of effort to the organization. Especially, Late Abul Kalam Azad. He was the Director of the Training unit.
After that, honorable management & department head team Arun Kumar Biswas (Director, All programs), Anjelo Das (Director, TARC), Myanila Biswas (Director, HRM), Antony Biswas (Assistant ED) gave their valuable speech to the participants. Their motivational speech inspired the staff to increase productivity in the future. The founder & deputy executive director Pinku Rita Biswas shared her experience which helps the staff in the future. The founder & executive director Mr. Philip Biswas gave his welcome speech to the participants & inaugurated the program.
The successful staffs were awarded by the top management for their excellent performance by providing crest & honorarium. Besides, A very special honor was shown giving a crest by Jashore Zone staff to the Founder ED and Founder DED of RRF followed by the AED of RRF and Director of HRM of RRF
After the prize-giving ceremony, a spectacular cultural event was arranged. The atmosphere was enlivened by various songs & dances.
In the conclusion, The founder & deputy executive director Pinku Rita Biswas express her gratitude to all the
staff for coming & wished best of luck to all for upcoming works. She wanted to see those
branches in better position in future & finally announced the end of the council.
