Antony Biwsas
Asst. Executive Director
He holds MBA and Post Graduate Degree in Development Studies. Besides, he obtained an advanced Degree in Development Leadership from Coady International Institute St. Francis Xavier University Nova Scotia, Canada. He started his career in 2006 as Liaison Officer in RRF. Later, he was director of the Administration and Human Resource Department of the organization for a decade, since 2017 he has been in charge of the Assistant Executive Director.
Myanila Biwsas
Director, Admin & HR
She studied for a post graduate degree in English Literature. Besides, she obtained an advanced Degree in Development Leadership from Coady International Institute St. Francis Xavier University Nova Scotia, Canada. She started her career in 2015 as Program Coordinator at Rural Reconstruction Foundation. Later, she got promoted in 2017 and is working as the Director of the Administration and Human Resource Department.
Anjelo Das
Director, TARC
He joined RRF in 1987 as an organizer that was field-level position. During a long career of 35 years, he worked in the Account Department of the head office of the organization in 1990, later in 1996 he took charge of the Training and Resource Centre of the Organization. He holds a graduate degree in education. Besides, she obtained an advanced Degree in Social Development from Coady International Institute St. Francis Xavier University Nova Scotia, Canada. He also obtained a higher degree. Currently, he is serving as Director of the Training & Resource Centre (TARC).
Arun Kumar Biswas
Director, Microfinance Program
He obtained Post Graduate Degree in Finance and Accounts and MBA. He started his professional career in 1998 as a field worker in RRF’s Microfinance program and worked successively at the field level as Accountant, Branch Manager, and Regional Accountant. Later, he served as Deputy Director of the Internal Audit Department and currently as Director of Microfinance Program of the organization.
Sonjoy Shaha
Director, Finance & Accounts
He holds a Master’s Degree in Management. In 2003, he joined RRF’s microfinance program as an Accountant. Since 2004, he has been working in the Finance and Accounts Department of the organization, currently, he is serving as Director in the same Department. One of his key tasks is to coordinate with various donors and lending organizations at the domestic and international levels.
Hafijur Rahman
Dpt. Director, ICT
He joined the IT department of RRF in 2007 as a software developer. Later, he has been serving as the Deputy Director of the ICT department of the organization since 2016. All the software development and maintenance works including microfinance software, human resource software, own internet server, website, and store management of the organization are ongoing under his responsibility. He completed his post-graduate degree in ICT.
Shamim Uddin
Dpt. Director, M & E
He joined in RRF Microfinance program in 2003 as a Branch Accountant, followed by 2 years in the Audit Department and 2 years as MIS Officer of Microfinance, and then 9 years as Deputy Director in Human Resource Department. He holds PGD in HRM and MBA in Finance & MDS on Development Studies He is currently serving as Deputy Director of the Monitoring Department in addition to overseeing the development projects of the organization.
Mokbul Ahmed
Dpt. Director, Comm. & Doc And Training.
He is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Communication and Documentation Department of the organization, besides being responsible for the staff development training unit, education, and some development projects of the organization. He completed his MBA degree. He joined in RRF Training Department in 2006. Before this, he worked in various organizations including Care International, Teredas Home Switzerland, and so on.
Arun Sardar
Sr. Assistant Director, Program
He is soundly expertized in DRR, WASH, Education, and Housing activities. Joined RRF’s Sponsorship Program as Community Development in 2011, later served as Site Director in the same program, and also managed Active Citizen Program in collaboration with British Council. Currently, he is serving as Senior Assistant Director for various development projects. He holds Post Graduate Degree in Accounting and Development Strategy.
Sajib Kumar Paul
Asst. Director, Internal Audit
He completed his Master’s degree in Mathematics. In 2011, he joined the training department of RRF as an Assistant Trainer. Later he worked in education programs. He also served as the cultural program Coordinator under the sponsorship program supported by the donor agency Chalice-Canada. Currently he is serving as Assistant Director of Internal Audit Department of the organization. Earlier he worked in Dhaka Ahsania Mission and SHAHAR Project.
